Message	in the Module, then the Fog are switchable and will operate independently of all other driving lights...Only when the aux fan wire i.e. accessories is hot per your Tech. On the schematic the G/Y runs from the Fog Panel Switch into the Dimmer Relay [and disappears as far as I am concerned]. There is probably something to do with activating low beams that affects the Dimmer Relay which then completes the Fog Light Relay Coil ground loop through the Fog Light Panel Switch. _________________________________________________
